Constant phone harassment, rude unprofessional staff, threatening and constant turn around of different people working in the office. Come up to your job, and home to give back payments that were made. Constantly calling references and putting all your business matters to them.

So I called this branch and spoke with the woman (Donna) who claimed to be the branch manager. I explained I wanted to pay off the loan, & asked basic questions, like the original loan amount, and interest rate. She said APR interest was 24%, which she said was about 75 cents per $100/Day. My current balance she said was $205.77. But then she said there was no way to give me the payoff amount as of today... Because the only amount reflected on my account was what I owed when last statement printed which was 25 days ago!!! She actually said there was no way to even calculate what's owed based on what my balance was then... And then add interest... Because she said "she's not allowed to!!!"

So then I asked her to contact corporate office for the payoff which she also said she wasn't allowed to do. Mainly because she wasn't given their telephone number!!! I couldn't believe it!!! That's an "Uber" move... And Uber is a clear example of what a slum lord would be!!! (That tells you a lot about this company!!!) Long story short... I had to pay only what was owed as of 25 days ago. Wasn't even allowed to calculate the interest and add that amount myself and just pay more than what she showed my current balance to be... Because she stated she couldn't take a payment for more than what that amount is!!! When I asked for even their corporate office's email address... She claimed she didn't know it!!! I mean... What the!!! Do yourself a huge favor. Don't even think of doing biz with these people!!! There are a thousand other companies with much better service and deals!!! Don't put yourself thru this!!!

I took out a loan at Allied Cash Advance. Two days prior to my due date, I received a call on my cell phone, my home phone (had a message), and then my work, at which time I answered the phone. I excused the call and went outside. I called them on my cellphone. They wanted to remind me of my appointment in 2 days. They said this was policy and that they needed to make contact with a person. I told them to never call me at my job, that it would affect my employment. 3 days later, they called my job again. Courtney denied it was her. She said that they didn't contact me at work, that I had called them. Any payment arrangement I make, they begin calling me and all of my references two days before "in case I forget".

On Friday, I was supposed to come in. I worked late, and I did speak to them. I told them I would be in the following morning. When I arrived, they told me they couldn't take any money. Until it "bounced" in my checking account again, they could not collect. So, I left with my money. On Monday, they began calling again. They called my references again. And when my reference said "she has taken care of this as far as I know", Courtney explained to her I did not take care of this and that I owed them money. Kayla is my son's girlfriend. And she argued with Courtney about offering my personal information. She further told Courtney it was not her business. Courtney has not stopped calling that number after being asked to stop.

I called Courtney, having an absolute fit about them running down the list of references and continuing to call them, as well as myself. I pointed out that I have a job and cannot answer my cellphone when at my desk. She said, "We call until we reach a person, and that was the company policy." I asked her why when Kayla hung up on her, she called Kayla back and continued to tell her how bad I am for not taking care of the money I took from them. She denied it being her. She said there are lots of people that work there. I told her to take notes to stop the harassment. She said no. She said I owed them money, and she was gonna call me everyday whether I like it or not. She said they call references twice per week. They maxed that out in one day arguing with Kayla. But they did not stop calling her. I told her that this was harassment, and that I wanted it turned over to a collection agency. She said no.

She has called us every day since. I have argued and even threatened to come deal with her at her office. And she responds very well, returning threats and calling me names due to me "stealing" from her and her company. She reminds me I gave my word and broke it. I remember going in to give them money and being turned away. This harassment is not ending. Is there some way I can get this to collections, so I can make payment to someone I am willing to speak to and send payment to?

On 4th of July and 2011, freedom was disgraced by transgression, tyranny and genocide against humanity. They came to me. They mongered fear by using fake/falsified paper. They took my car and tried to make it out of use by very inhumane towing trick which might have messed all it's parts. The guy/tow rruck driver who was driving the tow truck had disappeared probably driving 75 MPH effective the 1st second.

I have a loan with Allied. I made a double payment intentionally so that I could skip the next payment. On date next payment would have been due they took the payment out of my bank and didn't call me to let me know. My bank now overdrawn. I spoke with them on a Saturday and was told would be fixed on Monday...didn't happen. Spoke with them on Monday...said would be Tuesday...didn't happen. Wednesday in office with district manager, said would need to go through corporate office. Not sure how long will take. I was lied to 5 times, saying would be taken care of. Is now Thursday...still waiting. Very bad customer service. Getting loan different company to pay off Allied. Do not do business with them is my advice.

They are the biggest scam company around, lie to you on the phone about the money will be in the account in 30 minutes then say you have to pay another $350 to release the funds. After fighting with them for about an hour, they brought it down to $200, then told us we had to wait 21 days for the refund.

I went into Allied Cash Advance on Saturday July 28th to add money to my prepaid PayPal debit card. They illegally did a credit check on me without my permission. How do I know? I get notifications immediately when my SSN number hits anywhere on the internet. They asked me to verify this credit check. I told them, "Absolutely not." Who runs a credit check to add funds to your own pre-paid debit card. NO ONE does that. They state right on their window displays, "No Credit report required." HMMM... Falsely advertising, and falsely running illegal credit checks.

1st, companies are not allowed to tell your references about your business. 2nd, they are not allowed to threaten you with anything. You can also send them a cease and desist letter that you can get from the internet. If they do any of these things, you can sue them. Also your references can file a complaint with the police and charge them if they keep calling. Do some research on the net. From what I have read, they are breaking laws everywhere.

Previously we went in for a payoff of our third loan with this branch. We spoke with Brandy. She processed our funds and said she could not process as a payoff because we had a payment coming in. She could only process our money as payments. We stated we wanted a payoff, hence is why we called in for a payoff amount earlier. Brandy said she would need to have the manager fix it, as she was not able to. We waited, we called, we went by twice, approx 2 months have passed. They did fix the issue. They still are drawing funds from my account. When I was finally able to speak with a lady name Chuie that identified herself as the manager refused to fix issue and said, "we can go outside and handle this." Which is a threat of harm to my person.

I was a customer at this Allied Cash Advance, for a year, in Benson AZ. During that time, BRANDY, who was, the mgr. there, lied to me on several occasions about things like, at the beginning of my contract, she told me I could call to make a payment over the phone using my VISA CARD. I would be in the immediate area sometimes when payment was due and go in to pay her, and all of the sudden, they wouldn't take my debit card, but I was told, I had to pay CASH. So, every month I would drive, 6 miles, on my due date to pay, in cash.

Then, once, I was in town, and just went and got a money order, so I could just go in and drop it at the counter. Well, KYLE, the assistant there was on the phone, he saw me standing there and ignored me, for like 5 minutes, so, because I was in a hurry to get my husband home, he's a veteran, and just had a procedure at the VA in Tucson, an hour away, I just put the money order, on the counter, in front of Kyle.

After I had left the store, and was like, 2 miles away, my cellphone rings. It's Kyle. He tells me, that the money order isn't enough to cover my payment. It's 25 cents, short, and I need to come back in, retrieve the money order, take it back, and purchase another. I was mad, so I took, a quarter from my purse, laid it on the counter, and, told him, he was paid. After that incident, Brandy, the mgr. was rude to me. Every time I went in there, always playing GAMES, with me, changing policies, rules, making me jump through hoops. Once, I called her and told her I would be 2 days late with my payment. She told me, not to worry, I actually had 5 days, before, a 15.00 late fee would be added. Well, I got charged 15.00... and this happened, twice to me. Then when I went in and had to renew my contract, she asked me for a blank check. Said it was a NEW POLICY.

Then when my next payment was due, I was late getting to the store before it closed. I missed it by like 10 mins. She went ahead, that day, prior to me getting there and did an auto debit to my account. I never gave permission for that, nor was it ever told to me it would happen. Finally this little tidbit. I moved from AZ. to New Mexico, in April, 2016. I spoke in person to Brandy about this. She assured me it was ok for me to go, no she didn't need my forwarding address, and yes there was 2, Allieds there in Las Cruces, where I could make my payments. Well. No there's NO, Allieds here, at all any more, so I had to call THOSE people, in Benson, for 3 months to take my payment, over the phone using MY VISA. Amazing. Now, I can do that. Policy change I guess!!!

About July, 1st, I called Kyle, at the Allied in Benson AZ. I had called him a few days earlier, and arranged to make my payment on the 1st. He agreed to it, but was extremely rude. He said he would do it, only this one time??? After, that call I asked him what my pay off balance was. I decided to make a way to pay this off on the first of July. I call Allied, right at their opening time on the first. No one answered the phone. I got put through to an answering machine, so, I tried, 3 times, at about 10 mins apart, same issue. The 4th time I called, I left a message, and told Kyle, whom I was, and that I was concerned because we had an arrangement that day for my payment to be made, and how was I to do this if NO ONE'S THERE???

I then waited, and made 2 more calls, about 15 mins apart, still, only got a voice mail message. I sat, frustrated, and then it occurred to me what I had seen them do there before to other customers. They were screening my call, and, ignoring me. So, I lucky enough had anothercell phone with an ARIZONA number on it still, and I called Kyle from that phone. He picked up, right away. He was very surprised when I told him who it was. I paid off my entire contract that minute, and asked him was he going to mail me the receipt and final paperwork to show I was done. He said "Of course", asked me, again, for my new address. As of this date, I haven't received anything from that Allied in Benson, AZ... but lucky for me, I have a BANK STATEMENT showing the date of the transaction. DON'T!!! deal with this company. They aren't good people, and sure don't appreciate good ones either.

I was living in Virginia. I had lived up there for sometime I was in the military, meet a girl, had children and lots of financial problems. Anyways I had no choice but to seek cash by any means so I went to allied cash and gave them my car title for cash (loan).Well, I was having many problems at home. went back and forth virginia, then california, many times. Now that I live in California I was told by Allied that my interest rate was going from 120% to 185% which was outrageous before but now it's wow!!!...I don't know what to do. I keep asking for a copy of the paper work that states the increase in interest rate but they won't send me anything. I ask for some kind of a payment book. Nothing I can call and call and nothing. I did get a hold of a district manger once and told him I had a lawyer if he would please send me a copy of the increase rate and could he please not raise the interest since I never missed a payment but still nothing. Is there any help out there?

This nightmare started with a title loan on my vehicle in 2012. I made payments regularly as required until my income suddenly dropped. I then tried to renegotiate payments, but was refused. I continued to make payments until it became impossible and I filed for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I chose this rather than Chapter 7 because I fully intended to repay creditors; I just needed terms renegotiated. All of them cooperated and were paid off; however, Allied Cash Advance would not respond to repeated letters and calls by my attorney or to the Federal Court judge.

The bankruptcy was discharged a year ago. Since then I have repeatedly contacted Allied Cash Advance to find out how to release the title on my vehicle, the balance owed, etc. I've had no response. More recently the licensing office in Bellingham attempted to contact the company, also with no response. Meanwhile the vehicle (a very nice one at that) sits and rots because it cannot be re-licensed, traded, sold, or trashed without the title.

I was lied to by the manager of the Sierra Vista office, when I acquired this loan, by telling me my payments would be $140.00 per month. I went on with the loan because I needed the money. Now some years later, I paid the loan off in August 2011. Since then I have tried to get my title back. Again, they have repeatedly lied to myself and my wife about where the title is. I tried to tell them that my Tombstone, AZ address was not where I received mail any longer. Both myself and my wife have been lied to by your manager Samantha about sending my title to me.


The ad says no credit check necessary, I was told after the application done, they pull a credit check. I'm in the process to dispute the credit check because that's false advertisement. Be careful of what else they are hiding.

An aggressive letter of repossession that was written on the 20th of September 2010 has arrived to my address (UPS Box) on the 27th of September 2010. The car was due to be repossessed on the 30th of September 2010. My payment was due on September 17, 2010 and there is rule and regulation in regards to late fee (15.00 US dollars fine) which was not my given right but evaded justice.

Since there is a clear picture of capital punishment for no crime committed and more perpetration coupled with coordinated meddling, manipulation and very cold blooded deceptive practice of evasion and instigation by imposition of showmanship on targeted and vulnerable citizens, I am looking for help by a constitutional attorney to enforce the law and ask Barack Obama (President of The United States of America), Bob McDonnell (Governor of The Commonwealth State of Virginia), the two US Senators of the State of Virginia and Joan Foster (Mayor of The City of Lynchburg) to comment about it on and/or before September 30, 2010 and before the National Election Day.

The official letter has a stamp which is presorted First Class Mail (U.S postage paid). Since there is no national telephone number provided by the national company, I went to straighten things up to the local office where I borrowed the money by 20 months agreement while struggling to get over the stunt and preconceived obstruction of justice by evasion and showmanship.

This is a scam, and fraud. Report to the police and the attorney general any calls received from them. Do not participate in their programs. They steal your information.

I took out a $200 loan in ended up in collections. I paid it off to Barron, Gibson & Phillips, a law firm in Charlotte, NC. I have been harassed by many collection agencies since that time, trying to get me to pay this money again. Was told that I had a felony charge for a bad check and I would be picked up and taken to jail. I have a paid in full letter from the law office that I paid my $200 to and I still get these calls saying that I paid the money to the wrong people... HELP!

I visited the Allied Cash Advance store on airline in Metairie and was treated most inappropriately. The lady at the counter had no respect for me or my needs. She was very polite to the ** CUSTOMER in the store with me today. I was in turn treated like a ** stain on her carpet. She greeted the ** CUSTOMER with "yes maam, good evening, and have a nice day." I was not so fortunate. I was rushed and was a victim of rude eye rolling and verbal down talking. I sat in the store for 30 min only to be denied service. I'll never go to this store again. ** her and Allied. Sell out **. Sincerely screwed.

I took out a title loan in 2009. I fell on bad times so I couldn't pay it back on time. The car is gone now. Years later some lady is calling me saying I'm going to jail for fraud and other serious charges. I got 500 dollars and now they are trying to get money from me through a Green Dot card or they said I was going to jail. I'm really pissed. Don't know what to do. Help please.
