Ann was super great! I’ve worked with her for several years now and have always been so efficient and caring.

I had a need to raise money. Got a call from the company Rep, Jeff. They requested info and made an offer. I said that is not good enough and spelled out my conditions. They worked, the Rep, Jeff worked, extra hard, late until the night, thru weekend, and come up with the offer I demanded. The final offer package came over (including the FedEx shipping label paid for). I signed the offer, sent the package, and the money deposited into the account the next day. Good Team, Good Company.

This is second time using Big Think Capital for funding my Business. Second time using Joe Pellegrino as well. And all I can say it was Fast , straight to the point. All was explained upfront with no gimmicks. Recommend working with Big Think Capitol and ask for Joe Pellegrino. Thanks again

Robert Solow is pleasant to speak with and he does follow through, but he didn't mention "his fees" until after I had the approval and funding was going through on the advance. I don't appreciate non-transparent pricing. While this was an unpleasant cash advance to have to get, I do appreciate the help in getting it. In future I will make sure I am dealing directly with the company and not a 3rd party. The advance is outrageously expensive, but waiting on payments is currently untenable. I hope to never have to get an advance again, and I hope to never have to work with Robert again if I am somehow forced to get another advance. The added burden of his fee on top of the finance company's fee is nearly not worth the actual advance. Funding for businesses is laughable and just a liquor store and graffitied convenient store away from payday loans and their fees. Update: I don't want people to avoid getting funding for their business, but just know, with funding like this, there is no room or time for not increasing your businesses income. If you are needing working capital or to purchase equipment and you have money on the way then this is a good option. Like a payday loan, if you are borrowing $100 to keep the lights on before you get paid, you end up paying $150 out of your next paycheck for the convenience and assistance. This is equivalent to their intro rates. If your business is worth it and you need the help, I recommend it whole heartedly. Thanks Robert, you helped me reach my next milestone.
