Great service, prompt approval, fast closing.

If your looking for a loan and want to be treated with respect and have your problems solved quickly and confidential then try One Main financial. They are very professional, and quickly work to help you. I have received 2 loans from them and it only took a few hours to obtain both. I highly recommend them.

I applied for a personal loan through One Main and I didn't have a very good experience. I need to replace the roof on my house and I applied online and received a pre-approval for the amount I asked for. They called and asked several questions and it took 3 days until they called back for more information again and then another 4 days went by and they denied the loan. I have good credit, over 700 so I didn't quite understand why. I went to Northwest bank and applied and within 24 hours I had an unsecured personal loan. The amount of time it took for them to contact me was unacceptable and I don't understand why they denied my loan request. Now with all the time they wasted the weather is now not very good and is projected to be bad for the next couple weeks so Idk when I'll be able to put the new roof on my house.

One Main Financial's online application process was simple and the results were fast. I look forward to becoming one of their customers.

Professional, courteous, prompt service.

Though the interest rates are higher than some....they are definitely no where near pay day loans and other loan places that are outside the banking relm. Even though my credit was no great, I was able to getoney to consolidate some bills and lower my payment

This was a very fast and easy transaction. So much easier than dealing with the bank. Was able to sign the day after applying and the money was deposited the next morning.

I would definitely recommend OneMain Financial to anyone looking for a safe loan company to borrow money. They are definitely looking out for your best interest and needs. Very polite and knowledgeable staff!

I have had a loan with Springleaf/OneMain for a couple years now and have always been treated great! Any questions I have ever had have been answered kindly and with respect. I once had my bank account hacked and could not make my payment that is automatically withdrawn. I called the office to find out what I could do and they help my payment without hesitation. I was told if the account was not resolved by the next payment to call them and they would help where needed! Very nice and helpful people! I highly recommend!

Great overall experience. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the gentleman who took my initial call said he would be back in touch with me within the hour. That was on Friday. I didn't hear from him until Monday.

I had a great experience I applied on line was approved came to the office they greeted me by name nd started my paperwork no other obligations was needed they explain everything in detail nd the next morning my monies was available I have a affordable payment plan overall very satisfied..

Received quick response// did the application online. However was mislead during the process . Once loan was completed I did not receive was I was promised and the representative I spoke with the second time was very rude. Requested multiple times for the original representative to contact me due to discrepancies and received nothing.

I had always received very professional service and respectful consideration each time I deal with OneMain Financial. The upgrade to online documentation was also a big plus as it made the loan closing so much faster and more convenient - I promptly received a copy of the loan documents by email which facilitated ease in archiving the documents.

Lynn helped me save TIME as she prepared all paper work expeditiously. A phone call was made to Lynn early during the day and as I drove to the office, the work was prepared and waiting for my signature! This was phenomenal! It’s obvious that Lynn knows how to do her job and any problem I may have had was not an issue. I love One Main! The branch on Dorthy lane is super fast and helped me get a loan to cut down on some credit card debt. It's saving so much money.

When I called the loan company I spoke to a woman Naomi. She was very helpful very informative and she help me with the whole proceedings of getting through the loan that I needed. She explained everything she helped me tremendously and was expediant.

outstanding professional and friendly, fast service

I was not very happy with the outcome of the loan I applied for. I felt i was qualified for much more then they offered . My debt to income ratio was excellent and yet they came back with an high interest rate and only 35% of what I asked for.

Applied on line, was contacted the very next day the customer service was awesome the loan process was quick very professional and I receive my funds the very next day thank you OneMain
