Very good customer service and so fast

I started the funding process with a couple companies. This one seemed to have the best option for me so I choose this company. After explaining to the other vendors that I was going with someone else, I should never have done that, options with this vendor changed and I was backed into a wall as the project needed to go forward. Beware of last minute fees with this company, plan on a 5% increase in fees when it is time for funding......

Our pharmacy was in dire need for financing to make an acquisition of compounding tools for a new contract with a nursing home. The business couldnt afford these tools but needed them to make medications. PIRS loaned us the funds to buy these devices and we have grown as a business. Andrew what is very easy to deal with. I was treated with respect. And the process went smoothly. The fees were a little high however they gave me a discount for being a returning customer.

I have been dealing with this company for over several years and a few different fundings. Although the repayment is high, customer service is good. I wish there was an incentive or discount you can receive if you a few fundings. The only bad experience I had was this last time. I was expecting next day funding but it has been over 5 days now and still haven’t received my funds. I give them 4 stars.
